Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact for sports gear.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
